This knowledge enables you to come to Toe Zone for advice on a number of complaints. Heel pain, knee pain, aching legs, ball of foot pain, bunions, shin pain and even back pain are all complaints which can be relieved by wearing orthotics.

An orthotic is a biomechanical device which is worn in the shoe. The function of an orthotic is to prevent the foot from rolling over-excess pronation. Poor alignment of the feet can cause wear and tear to other parts of the body.

By restoring the lower limbs natural angle it will align the feet and body posture to thir neutral position and take away the increased forces on the muscles.
